All dog and cat suncatchers are about 8-10 inches in height. Birds and flowers run about 6-7 inches at longest point. Please allow for slight variation to this due to the fact that they are handmade. Photos show them with a six inch ruler. Or they are shown being held in my hand (please note I'm only 5'4" tall).

You can clean all glass with 91% proof rubbing alcohol or any window glass cleaner. Use a clean cloth or paper towel to apply and gently rub in. Dry off with another clean cloth and your done! Never use tap water as the minerals in it can cause white mold to form on your suncatcher. Once this happens, it will not come off.

All suncatchers are wrapped in a clear poly bag with a cardstock topper that has the name of the item printed on it, along with care instructions on the back. A suction cup is provided free in a separate bag. Larger items (wind chimes, panels, lamps, night lights and candle shelters) are wrapped in bubble wrap and come with care instructions on a card. Ornaments come in a gift box.

No. I simply do not have the space to stock everything in all colors and styles. Everything is made to order, meaning, when you place your order I then make the items in your order from scratch for you. Please allow at least two weeks for me to make and ship them. Most times they will ship sooner then this, it just gives you a basic time frame. It will never ship later then two weeks unless you are contacted first about the delay. During holiday time the shipping time will lengthen, please plan accordingly. Contact me first before purchasing if you are in need of something quickly, to see if it’s possible. I do not Expedite Shipping, again all things are made to order when you purchase, this does not allow for expedite shipping.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted because the items are glass and do break. In the past, on the return journey, the items have broken beyond repair due to improper packing, leaving them unsellable. This has forced me to change my policy to a no return or exchange (please contact me before you order if you have a question about colors). I do send replacements should your order arrive to you damaged (you have 14 days to contact me from the day the order is delivered). A photo is required before replacement is sent.

No. I receive over 100 donation requests each month and can not financially do this. I have no employees and therefore work entirely alone to fill my orders and create new items. This is my full time job and if I were to give a donation to one person, I feel I have to give one to everyone. I just can't financially do this. I have started doing "fundraisers" with my shop.
